TABAC_1662.jpg

We are happy to introduce you to our new chef Helene Cornu who came to our restaurant from the French school Ker Lann as an internship. From the moment she started we knew that she would become a part of our Patron family.
What was your first impression about Patron Cave à Manger?
I have seen a good ambience and the spirit I was looking for - family and friends working together.
How do you feel about your beginnings in the kitchen?
I was impressed to see a really young head chef with a lot of passion and I really appreciated his faith in me. It is a great opportunity for me to learn.
What do you think about London?
At the beginning I felt really small in this big city but now I really like it, especially how it is international and full of very polite people with open minds.
